Mark at the dreams shop in dumfries was very friendly and was able to help with what I was looking for. He gave great advice regarding which mattress to choose and even offered me and my friends tea and coffee when we arrived in the shop.

We were given time to look at the products and then we we approached by Rebecca and from there on in everything went very easy , she was very polite and understanding on our needs which did change a couple of times . After the price was given we were left alone to discuss if we were happy or not , Mark I believe he was the manager came over and introduced him self and offered us tea or coffee which was nice , he makes a good cup of coffee , after the del was done he shook our hands which really did in press us , so all in all it was a very pleasant to deal with the Dumfries branch many thanks

was putting off shopping for a new bed/mattress as its not usually the most enjoyable trip to make, however i actually enjoyed finding the right mattress for my needs and also purchased a new bed which wasnt really on the agenda this time. friendly staff, great coffee and very helpful, even put up with my two sons running around trying every bed themselves and then moaning they were bored, with a 15yr guarantee im well pleased and scored a few brownie points with the wife as a bonus.
