I found the staff extremely helpful in the Dumfries store. I was given help by both Rebecca and Mark. They very both very professional and knowledgeable. I was given expert information and given time to make a decision about the products that I was purchasing. A very good experience

The assistant who served us was was a part time assistant working weekends only....she was very pleasant and sociable and had an excellent product knowledge....it was a pleasure to be served by her

The Customer Service from this store was 2nd to none. As I am disabled, I felt that my own personal needs were taken care of, from the type of mattress I was looking for, to the time taken trying out different ones. Both staff and manager were, in my opinion, exeptional and went out of their way to make sure I was purchasing what I required, and time was taken with both myself and my husband, making us feel like people and not just a number.

I was browsing to begin with but was soon scooped up in the purchasing process. James in Dumfries was very attentive but not over the top. He left us to make our own decisions without pestering which I absolutely hate. We did leave having spent too much but we have solved several problems at once at a very reasonable price.

Store was clean, tidy and well showcased with regard to items for sale. Staff were very knowledgeable about, and helpful, with regard to the products. There was no forced selling, just a good understanding on needs based on discussion with us. Highly Satisfied with the customer service received.

Rebecca was very sensitive and understanding of our needs, which were quite complex, and took time to put us at our ease. I have worked in retail a long time and could not fault her approach in the slightest detail.
