Salesman listened to our budget and what we were looking for and explained in detail all options available to us. Didn't pressure us into buying something we didn't need or want. Very helpful

I was extremely satisfied with ur assistant Mark he was so helpful u wouldn't believe I was on a budget and this man was brilliant my budget was £600 and he done everything to get me there the price I had to pay was £612 that was with 8 years guarantee on my mattress and a brilliant mattress cover as well he was brilliant I could go on all day how helpfully this guy was but I'm limited to 120 ,, Dreams your so lucky to have Mark as he is so helpful it's a dream to go into your shop and speak to him THANK YOU MARK .

The store manager, Mark was amazing. I was shopping for and with my 89 year old mum who has osteoporosis and it was important to get her the best bed. He brought her a chair, and as we moved round the store, he got her another chair. I didn't think service like this existed in chain stores any more.

we were shown all the different alternatives for our budget of £500 for a king size bed.we got a fantastic deal by purchasing an ex display ottoman base and a new wakefield sprung and memory foam mattress.we saved because there was a sale on and also because the base was 75% off due to it being ex display.the sales team were fantastic in pointing out the great deals available.we even bought a mattress cover and duvet as these were in the sale and excellent buys.

The sales person knew all the information on the products i asked about. He was more than helpful on a range of beds and mattresses.
