Courteous attentive staff but they still allowed plenty of private time for a decision to be made

We were looking for a mattress and the gentleman assistant waited a time appropriate for us to get accustomed to the store lay-out, and only then did he ask if he may help us. From then on he gave us every answer we needed and was kind and considerate. We were left alone to browse and decide which one was suitable and he politely helped with the final decision. Can`t fault the ways of the staff. Excellent !

The store person was very helpful and knowledgeable and put me totally at ease. Her name is Rebecca from the Dumfries store and she deserves to be credited with securing our business.

Store assistant was both very pleasant and helpful.

The service from staff was excellent - they were attentive, friendly, knowledgable about the different products for sale and we were even offered tea, coffee or bottled water. The store was light and bright, well laid out and unfussy - straightforward in its presentation of products for sale.

The staff in store were knowledgable and readily available. We were assisted by A Christmas Temp, Liam who was quick to serve us and offered assistance in viewing the products on offer. When technical information was required James stepped in to assist and was again very helpful in arranging the finance and confirming our final choice.
