Dreams - Dumfries

Received excellent service from James in the Dumfries store. I was impressed with his product knowledge and ability to listen to what I was asking for and to give me good suggestions.

All of the staff were friendly and approachable. We were asked what we were looking for and Rebecca suggested several different options for us to try. She also checked additional stock online to see if there were any more options for us that weren't in the store. The whole experience was very relaxed and enjoyable and Mum had a coffee while we put the sale through and talked through additional options :)

Liam as I found out at the end of my sale was quiet New and still training but this didn't stop him answering my question and giving me all the I formation to complete my sale.I found Liam friendly polite but not pushy which would have resulted me leaving store without a purchase.

James was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the Tempur mattress and pillows of which we ended up buying two of each! Full credit to him and his expert opinions and allowing us to try out the products.

We went in to dreams in dumfries for the very first time and were amazed with all the different things on offer. The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Rebecca who served us. We were intrested with the offers on in dreams and were amazed by the offers that we were offeres along with our order.

Everything was explained to us in terms of the different types of mattress and colour coding. We did not feel Staff were over-bearing and were left to browse after everything was explained to us. Once we had decided upon our purchase. Everything was very smoothly dealt with.

We were very impressed with the knowledge of James who helped us. We intended to spend £6-900 on a new mattress but ended up spending £2.5K. This was down to the help & advice given and the products on display in the showroom. We had bought our previous two beds from Dreams too.

With the help of the assistant my wife managed to select and order a mattress and the associated bedding within 10 minutes! This must be a record!
