Very relaxed, informative and efficient experience

I am filling this survey in with relation to the delivery of the order as well as the show room. The delivery person, Sean, from Cumbernauld, could not have been more helpful. He kept me informed throughout the morning about what was happening. There was a slight hiccup because the person I had asked to be there to open the door was late, but this was not a problem to Sean and he reassured me that he would wait. This was a revelation because I thought the bed would have to be re-delivered. This is truly good customer service, the human side of Dreams and their employees. I would be more than happy to use Dreams again and will make a point of telling my friends and family that the service and delivery are excellent. Every delivery company should aim for this service, this is what the norm should be. Thanks very much.

Staff very friendly and seemed interested in what I was looking for. I was given a nice cup of coffee and a comfy chair to sit on whilst my order was being processed. The staff chatted about this and that, it was a very relaxing experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem to them. Despite there being problems with the newly installed credit card machine they worked really hard to make sure we got there in the end. Apologies and offer of a cup of tea!
