Dreams - Dumfries

I was looking for an Ottoman bed for my son, the displays were clearly set up with prices clear to see. The staff in store are welcoming without being pushy , we were even offered hot or cold drinks while we were browsing, the colour coding on matresses was explained , which we thought was a great idea. When we were ready to place the order all details about delivery were explained and timings . One week later the bed was delivered as expected without any issues. Wish all shopping was so easy . Thank you Dreams @Dumfries.

The staff in the store were very attentive and asked us questions about what our needs were and took these into account when showing us different products. It was James who served us. They allowed us time to browse ourselves but were always there if we needed anything and had excellent product knowledge.
