Went into Dreams in Dumfries looking for a double divan base. Spoke to Deirdre who showed us the options and the best deals that day, ended up with a bargain at a third of the normal price, Deirdre was very helpful and arranged the delivery which was free. We now have the base which was delivered just as planned. Very happy with our purchase and delivery.

We didn’t intend visiting the store on this day albeit on my list of things to do. I am pleased that I did. We had the best experience. The store was very clean and fantastic COVID-19 precautions were in place. Deirdre was very knowledgable and extremely helpful And the whole process from start to finish was flawless. Deirdre delivered fantastic customer service throughout.
