Philip was incredibly helpful - he explained how Sleepmatch worked, he had a lot of knowledge about the beds and was very enthusiastic. He provided pillows to help test the beds properly and gave us a bottle of water. A great salesman and very likeable.

I visited twice and on both occasions was extremely well treated by the two members of staff who attended to me, Jordan on 11 September and Olaitan on 14 September.

I was helped with choosing every step of the way by Philip in the clapham store. He showed me to the sleep analysis machine, was friendly and helpful with choosing the perfect mattress for me and was highly knowledgeable about the mattresses, as well as being a very friendly person. I’ve already told friends and family to shop at dreams when they next need a new mattress - thanks so much!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Hanan. She heard my concerns regarding purchasing a suitable mattress as I had just bought one from another manufacturer and this caused back pains. She explained about Sleep Match and recommended that I look around whilst another customer was having the Sleep Match test. When it was my turn, she cleaned the Sleep Match bed and advised me on how it works. She also asked my best sleep position as this would assist the Sleep Match diagnosis. She was patient whilst this took place. Upon receiving the information, she proceeded to show me beds that matched me. She was patient and taking care of my need. She also showed her ability to multi-task as she was dealing with other customers which did not disrupt the service she provided. Once I determined my choice of bed, she discussed payment and options, offering me a bottle of water. She was clear in her explanation and asked if I understood or had any queries. Hanan made my experience at Dreams worthwhile. She even added pillows and a mattress protector free gifts and as a thank you. I truly valued her professionalism and would recommend her to others.
