Is the second time I been in the store, specially the guy who is charge, was excellent very friendly, and very high standard with customer service, Of course if I have to buy something else I'll be back in the store.

Philip was awesome

We arrived at the store just before 11am on a Sunday. We waited patiently outside as the team were still cleaning the store a little. At 11am the doors were opened and we were greeted inside. Hanan quickly introduced herself and offered us her full support in finding us the perfect mattress and bed frame.

Fantastic customer service

We were highly satisfied with our experience mainly due in part to how Hanan treated us. Her customer service was exceptional and walked us through every step of the way and exhibited a great deal of patience with us. Me and my Mother were very happy with the service provided and walked out happy.

The gentleman who dealt with my order was nothing but patient, polite, professional. If he wasn't my salesman that day I'm not sure I would of brought the bed.
