Philip in your Stockwell branch was very knowledgeable, made choosing a mattress a much easier task, was not pushy and was just generally friendly and easy to deal with. Availability of the mattress and potential delivery dates were also very good plus the delivery today was a smooth process. Overall a great experience......

I have to say the service was excellent the staff were more than welcoming but this store had me walk up and down stairs as the same range was spread out in every corner. No wifi meant there was a problem with me being able to bring up financial info then stopped me being able to transfer money to complete payment so wifi would help also clear when I came in I had to double my budget to an uncomfortable level just feel there should be a better range for under £800 that people are matched to

Hanan was extremely helpful and knowledgable about all the products we enquried about. She greeted us upon arrival, advised and helped up use the sleep machine to find the mattress most suitable to us and even offered us water while we placed our order with her.

My experience at Dreams was excellent. The store manager was a perfect gentleman not to mention very knowledgeable and professional. Such a lovely store, would highly recommend.
