My attendant was not very skilful but the manager was extremely good to came to my aid. I felt I had to constantly go back to Carlos the manager for help. Carlos was extremely brilliant and knowledgeable showing a great interest in what he does.

The person who helped me was very nice but needs more training! I asked her what the difference was between a mattress with 800 springs and one with 1600 and she clearly didn't know so bluffed an answer which was that it was 'just personal preference' and that it didn't really make much difference. I thought that sounded odd so I asked someone else (a man with grey hair and blue eyes, I don't know his name) and he was very knowledgeable and helpful but by then I'd bought the mattress with 800 springs.

Because there was not a wide range of head boards nor was there more reasonably priced beds in the Tempur range. As lovely as the bed was that we ordered, we felt it was a bit overpriced.
