The staff were very helpful we would recommend your firm any time they need beds or mattress

I was greeted immediately by a helpful assistant who could answer all the specific technical questions I had gone in with.I could take as long as I needed to try the products , in fact I was activally encouraged to do so and given all the merits and demerits of the type of bed I was interested in regarding my weight and sleeping position etc. All in all I was very impressed by the service which I thought had gone the way of the dodo.

The service was great. The gentleman that saw me was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Spoke to me about all the offers and prices they had going and all payment methods.

The representative was such an amazing and funny person.He new what he was talking about with good knowledge of the beds.we had really nice experience in the store .Really good customer service.he took his time with us and made us feel very valued as customers

Overall i'm really pleased as the order was quick, simple, overall very good value for money...especially since I've had such a bad previous order from group-on regarding a bed order!

Despite being busy the assistant Arthur went out of his way to explain the different mattress products and ratings, despite having our bored autistic son to contend with Arthur was always polite and friendly. A great ambassador for your brand and store in Feltham.

Ray was really helpful and good fun. It was also nice to be offered a drink by one of Ray's colleagues. All of the staff seemed really happy and very friendly. The store has a good atmosphere and seems really well run. We can't wait for our mattress to arrive! Thanks.
