Bhupen was very attentive as I was with my Elderly Aunt (who placed the order) and was more than happy to talk to her about the products, allowing her to rest having walked in from the car and giving us water. She tried numerous beds with the pillow that he suppied, offered Sleepmatch and could explain the difference in products easily.

Because from the moment my daughter & I entered the shop a chap named Guy came to greet us, he was very attentive and helpful in suggesting which type of bed would be suitable for me as I’m disabled.

Guy was most helpful in finding exactly what we wanted. He also alerted us to some products we were not aware of and to some excellent offers

I was highly Satisfied with help of Edmund in Feltham store because he took his time to first help me finding the best mattress and also he listened all my needs regarding to space. I am very happy with my choice of bed, colour and the money I spent will be worthy. Thanks

Friendly welcome and prompt service. Invited to try the automatic sleepmatch trial bed to assess our needs/wants. Good information on the range of merchandise available. Provided pillows and water. Manager (Bhupen) was helpful, offered advice and some valuable recommendations but left us to try mattresses without being intrusive.

Nice to have a place to go and test the beds. I wouldn’t have bought it otherwise. Thanks

This was the first time we'd been to dreams and visited with the intention of researching different beds only. We had anned to go to other retailers too. However Edmund the colleague who approached us was excellent. He was friendly professional patient and knowledgeable. He suggested we did an analysis which we thought was excellent, showed us different products which may have been suitable and we ended up purchasing a divan mattress headboard and pillows as we were confident we wouldn't have gotten better customer care anywhere else...thanks very much Edmund

Guy was really great my son was having a bit of a melt down but he took it all in his stride. Even let my boy have a go on the mattress chooser machine.

Bhupen, greeted and welcomed me as soon as I walked into the shop was very friendly and very helpful. Very knowledgeable on the products and made me feel at ease. Explained that a machine would help me choose the right matters and then showed me some examples within the store which lead to the purchase of my new mattress and new bed

The member of staff Edmund at your Feltham branch was very helpful and never rushed us to make a decision he showed us all of our options and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable at all times and offering us refreshments
