We was assisted by a very helpful assistant who took time to talk us about the mattress we chose

We were highly satisfied with our shopping experience in this dreams because the assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The assistant fully explained the virtues of the products and expertly answered all our questions.

Arthur was very helpful. He approached us but was not pushy. He gave us time to look around and left us to think about our purchase, he kept a constant ear out incase we had a question and answered honestly and showed he had a great understanding of the products. When we were completing the order he went through everything in detail with us. It wasn't rushed which can quite often be the case on a Saturday when it is busy.

The salesman was very knowledgeable. He showed me all the different options for my needs.He did not rush me.

I wasn't 100% sure on what i was looking for, I didn't feel pushed in to any purchase and both Arthur and his sales assistant were very welcoming and extremely helpful. I am overly excited for my new room to be finished!

We were given time to make our choice and everything was explained every step of the way. We also liked the option of the 40 day return if we found the product did not suit our needs.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable store manager and simple process together with fast availability of the product made this a really painless transaction
