The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helped greatly with our questions and made us feel very relaxed and gave us plenty of time to make our choice.

Guy from the Feltham store was really helpful, friendly and helped guide us through what mattress we should get with the bed we'd already had our eye on. He stayed even though the store had shut to ensure that we were happy and completed our transaction and made us feel like no inconvenience to him (even though we were aware we came in quite close to closing time!) He held great knowledge about the beds and suggestions for us.

Guy, the colleague who assisted me, was extremely helpful, friendly and had a good sense of humour! He arranged a discount to beat the offer I could get via topcashback which was great.

We walked into the store and within a minute were approached by a friendly face. His name was Guy. He made us feel very comfortable trying out the beds but also gave us enough space to have a browse without feeling pressured. He was very informative about the specifications and also helped us find a bed within our budget. We had bought a bed within 45minutes and we left with a smile on our faces. Guy was brilliant and our bed is perfect for us.

The sales assistant understood what I wanted and talked me through the pros and cons of a couple of different models. Likewise for a mattress for another bed, he talked me through what would be best for a growing child. I didn't at any time feel that I was being coerced into spending a huge amount of money unless it was on a product I wanted.

When we entered the store we found the assistant was very helpful and knowledgable. Our records were on the computer as we had purchased a bed/mattress back in 2008, so we were very satisfied with the choice of mattresses.

We were highly satisfied with the service of the only member of staff in store, who was friendly, knowledgable, and made every effort to help us.

Truth is the customer service agent "Arthur" was very helpful and very professional in his undertakings. I did not feel pressurised and was shown the products that were most suitable for me being disabled and old, he gave me the impression that he was most interested in my well being than being hypocritical and only thinking of the money. Thank you Arthur for explaining the terms and conditions and fully reassuring me in my current purchase.
