Dreams - Feltham

The salesman is everthing any customer would wish for. Overall he made our visit to the store a very pleasant experience.

We just bought a new property and needed new furniture- primarily three beds and three mattresses. Having lived in Feltham over 5 years we always thought of buying stuff from a local high street shop near our purchased house rather than online. DREAMS was local. We went looking for 2 TV Ottoman beds and one regular Ottoman bed. The manager understood our needs and also offered good quality Tempur mattresses as a hard sell as he said Tempur were good in long run. We agreed. He even sold Tempur pillows for he said they would go well with Tempur mattresses. We even bough the extended warranties for TV beds. The only small issue was that we wanted both TV beds in Oatmeal colour as we bought one Kingsize and one Double. But the Kingsize TV bed was not available in oatmeal colour. However the manager did tell us that over the time till delivery if oatmeal color becomes available we will get both TV beds in same oatmeal color. Overall, we were VERY satisfied with purchases- and although we went in to buy only three beds- we ended up buying three beds, three mattresses and six pillows all top range! HOPE delivery and assembly is also impeccable. Definitely will buy more from DREAMS.

I was shown as many items as the sale assistant thought I needed to make an informed purchase. The assistant was patient and knew the products well to talk me through the different items. At each stage of the purchase I was talked through what was necessary and what I could do if I was dissatisfied. The assistant was friendly and very helpful.

We were left to first look around the store, we didn't have a sale person come up to us straight away - and I like this- sometimes it can be a bit to much if someone is trying to sell to you before you put both feet through the door!!!!

The Dream shop in Feltham was clean and tidy and the staff polite and very helpful on entering which made myself and my husband feel comfortable.

Arthur at the Feltham branch was very knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he answered all our questions regarding lots of products and we will continue to buy from dreams in the future. plus good times for delivery and can't wait for our mattress to arrive.

Your assistant name Guy provided us with outstanding customer service he was very attentive and was able to answer our questions about the products prior to us making a purchase which was good value for money. We will certainly be returning again and recommending you to all our friends.

Really satisfied with the bed and mattress we chose today. The assistant was superb and explained everything we needed to know and what to do. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
