The sales assistant Arthur explained in detail about the different types of mattresses, he encouraged us to lay on the mattresses and feel the difference in quality and price. He showed us a great range of double beds and we didn't feel that we were being rushed at all. He even made tea for us.

We entered and had been given about 5 minutes to wonder and test out different beds. After being greeted by a member of staff I had given a budget of the amount I wanted to spend however not knowing so much about beds I had asked the employee the benefits of the different types of mattresses and what would be most suitable. I had told him about my current situation and I went away learning more about beds then I ever thought. He worked his magic and even upselled me a pillow which I wasn't even looking for! Haha Overall the service was great. He went over the 40 day exchange guarantee letting me know about any fees that would occur and I was very happy with my purchase. As a sales guy he could have reached my budget and sold me something but instead he showed me something cheaper but just as good which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend dreams and I purchased a new mattress with a tempur pillow within 30mins of entering the store. I got what I was looking for an cannot wait until my new mattress arrives. Very friendly people

As soon as i arrived at the store, i was approached by a member of staff who assisted me throughout my visit in the store. The product knowledge was up to standards and they were very friendly and professional in they approach. As i was a first time buyer in Dreams, they offered me some generous discounts in order to meet my needs. They also negotiated on a price for some extra items to support my purchase. Overall, i was extremely pleased with the level of service i received and will most definitely revisit in the future for any other purchases.
