Arthur the store manager was extremely helpful and courteous, and showed us all the products that may have been suitable for us. Nothing was too much trouble when we were asking all sorts of questions. We tried out several of the mattresses while in the store, cannot yet comment on comfort when asleep as not due to be delivered until tomorrow! the one we chose was certainly very comfortable in the store.

We were assisted by Guy from the Feltham Branch. He gave us a great deal of advice and made suggestions to suit our personal needs. He offered us a coffee. Always welcome!! He was very patient as we tried bed after bed. Guy was very thorough as he went through the order with us. We were offered a mutually convenient delivery day. At no time did we feel rushed.

I'd been to this branch, and others, several times before in previous weeks, gradually refining what we were looking for. All the staff I encountered, on every occasion were genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient in answering all my many questions, but equally they understood that sometimes, my wife and I just wanted to discuss matters on our own. We were made to feel welcome each time and, over my several visits, I acquired an awareness of just how involved and detailed the subject of beds and bedding actually is.

Arthur, the staff member who dealt with us knew the products inside and out, spent time listening do what we wanted and needed and make suggestions within that. He wsa not pushing us towards anything in particular to boost his profits and made sure we were happy with everything we looked at. This is in total contrast to an experience when we visited your Slough store. I will visit Feltham again and again whenever I need something, but I will go nowhere near your Slough store ever again.

I had looked on line before coming to the shop so I knew which product I was hoping to purchase. The staff in the Feltham store listened to what I was looking for and showed me to a display model so I could check it was what I wanted and showed me a few alternatives. Once I confirmed this the order process was straightforward and I came away with a delivery booking and all confirmations.

Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the Feltham, Middlesex store. They questioned us to make sure they understood what we were looking for. Offered us refreshments. And we're extremely helpful as we explained the item was for my 93 year old mother.
