Arthur was very helpful and after explaining what we were looking for he showed us a range of products that would be suitable explaining all the differences.

Guy seemed know what he was talking about and also gave us time alone to try out the various mattreses we were interested in. No hard sale. Once we decided, he came back to talk about the product.

Upon entering the store I was approached by Guy who offered his assistance. I explained that I had purchased a mattress from dreams online and that I was finding highly uncomfortable. He asked me to try out my current mattress on a different bed base and a couple of other different mattresses for comparison. We agreed that the first test would be to change the bed base (as I was looking for a new bed) to see if they made any difference. He showed me my preferred bed base and highlighted the pros and cons of the different slats, which would helped me towards my decision to upgrade to the more flexible slats. He demonstrated all the features of the bed and was clearly very knowledgeable of the product range. My experience at dreams was fantastic. Guy's knowledge and friendly manner made me feel comfortable to express what I needed whilst allowing him to apply his opinions of his knowledge to influence some of my (not always right!) assumptions. I walked into dreams feeling like I was going to struggle to get my issue sorted and walked away with a lovely bed and plan to test my existing mattress for a bit longer. I couldn't fault the experience and Guy is a real asset to your team.
