Nice friendly service from Edmond, he was helpful and respected I wanted to just look around at first. When I did find something I wanted to buy he was there advising me. Can't praise him enough.

My wife and I knew we needed to replace our old double-mattress but were not very clear about the options available. We were assisted by Arthur who was experienced and and has very good customer service skills. We did not feel that we were being rushed into a sale and were given very helpful product advice. We are glad we made our purchase on the very last day of the Dreams sale and we are looking forward to taking delivery of our new mattress on 22nd May 2017.
