The assistant was most helpful. He listened to my needs asked lots of questions and then showed me the most suitable beds. He was never pushy and I felt totally at ease

Had seen 2 mattresses on line that I liked and was directed straight to them. Encouraged to try both and given more pillows to use, not rushed to make a decision. Friendly assistant who did not use pressure sales tactics, presented extras such as insurance and left us to decide if we required it.
