The service was great, we explained to your member of staff (Edmund - feltham branch) what our criteria was and he found a suitable mattress and gave us all of the options available. We was very pleased with the overall experience.

The salesman "Edmund" was working all alone but he spent time with me and answered all my questions and did not rush me. Also he made me a drink and explained the papper work and deliver options . A VERRY NICE MAN !!

The staff are polite and explains the different products and don't force another sale off of me

Staff member Edmund was keen to help but was not pushy. He was on his own in the shop but nobody was left unattended.

The sales assistant Luka was very knowledgeable and matched our need with the correct product. She was very helpful and patient with me an my family. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She stayed over an hour late to complete the transaction. Thanks Luka! Unfortunately the shop was too hot and it was uncomfortable to spend a long period of time in there.

Friendly and good assitance

I walked into the Feltham Branch, a lovely lady (Luca) immediately offered assistance. Luca was absolutely brilliant she helped me feel at ease, no rush I felt as though I was the only person in the store. Having purchased 4 beds, 4 mattress and four head boards I was so happy Luca was there to help. I am a very happy customer and would certainly recommend Dreams to my friends.

The shop was quite warm but our shopping consultant (GUY) was exceptionally welcoming and cheerful. Bed selection was various and well presented. Order placement was equally straight forward.
