Very friendly staff with high standard customer service

The sales assistant Naomi was excellent and really made our customer experience a very positive one as she knew all about the products and was very effective managing the administrative side of the sale.

Edmund was vwry friendly and helpful.

I was highly satisfied with everything, even got me to look at pillows and mattresses. The member of staff that served me was Guy at the feltham branch and was kind and polite, also they offered me a cup of tea or coffee so the overall customer service was brilliant.

Aisha, who looked after us, was brilliant

The store member helped me to find the right mattress and bed to suit my taste and my financial availability

Guy in the Feltham Store, was very helpful and the order was placed very swiftly as he explained everything along the way. we were in and out in next to no time. I Was a little disappointed that the delivery time was not clear before I placed the order, it would be useful to confirm a time slot before putting the full order through

Guy helped us. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions well. Offered good alternatives for us to compare and didn’t force higher priced items on us.
