Edmond was very helpful and polite.

Guy who was attending us was very caring towards my partner who is very hard of hearing . He took time to explain the product and let’s us see the computer while filling out the paper work. If we had people like him in all shop they would be packed with customers. We have never been to this shop before .but will make it a point any time we need a new bed pillows or mattress .

The service I received was top quality, very friendly and very professional, plus good sense of humor, which was very refreshing after what has been such hard time's for the high street stores.

We have been to the store twice and the storeb keepers was so nice that even we spent hrs in the store without purchasing things for the first time. We want to keep quite for us to feel the beds at first but assistance comes very quick when we asking for help. Which is Nice.
