We entered the shop with little idea of the specifications we wanted, and had only tried one other shop. The gentleman who served us was both knowledgeable and friendly and he listened intently to our needs. He was honest and worked hard to find us the deal that suited both our needs and our price-point. We would gladly recommend the shop to our friends and know that if the quality of the products we have ordered matches the quality of the service we received, we will be in for a very good nights' sleep.

I have bought a bed from Dreams before and was completely satisfied so it was natural to return when another bed was required. The sales adviser, Edmund was professional, knowledgable and very helpful without being "pushy". He advised, showed the bed sizes and colours and let us decide. Very professional.

Our rep listened to my needs and ideas and came up with top solutions. Even helped with the car parking and moving and trying out size of the bed in car to see if we could have one delivered and take the other away as our daughter had nothing to sleep on that night. He made extra care to make a nice family friendly connection for adults and children. Very knowledgeable yet modest and friendly and real!

The gentleman who looked after us Edmund gave us time to have a good look around before he approached us to help. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to find the headboard that we particularly wanted to buy as it was not on the shop floor.
