Dreams - Feltham

The questions you have put to me adequately identify how I felt about the experience. I hoped for an earlier delivery but I have no complaints otherwise.

From entering the shop, my son in law, my 1 year old granddaughter and myself, were greeted with a friendly approach. A lot of time and patience was shown to us, particularly taking into account my little granddaughter. Questions were answered very satisfactorily and we received a very thorough visit and most importantly, we did not feel rushed or pushed into any situation. All in all, the visit was very pleasant and I look forward to receiving my new mattress tomorrow. Thank you.

Bhupen was very helpful and polite. The store felt very welcoming and clean. He really explained each detail to me and had time for me too. Thank you so much .

Staff were polite and friendly, the sales man was really aimable, and had the right level of interaction, but at no point was pushy or did any form or hard sell.

I was recommended this by a friend..when I visited the store Edmund the sales person was very welcoming.I explained to him the type of mattress I was looking for and the showed me a couple.later he suggested there is an a system in store that can Analysis the type of mattress as per our need..we tried that out and we are glad we did find the right mattress of our choice..Edmund was very quick with getting our order through and gave us a lot of information about the product. And also was very friendly..he did had chat with my daughter and also handed her a nice story book which kept the little one busy while we could have try our mattress.. We recommend dreams to my family and friends..

We were greeted by Edmund. He was polite, professional & very helpful. He helped us to choose the right mattress. Very friendly & not pushy in anyway. He gave us all the information about the mattress & answered any questions we had.

Having went to so many stores looking for the right mattress. Me and my partner decided to come to dreams in Feltham. With the help of customer advisor Guy, his excellent product knowledge and his warm welcome made it very comfortable trying different mattresses and making a decision easily. We are happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend going to Feltham store if your want a hassle free experience. I must say the store is also COVID compliant which also made it easy to come into the store.
