d It was good to be given the right amount of time to look around the shop on our own before the salesman came over to help us and gave us the information etc that we needed to make our final decision He was very helpful and knowledgeable as was the salesman last time we purchased a mattress from Dreams I wouldn't purchase a bed/mattress from any other shop

Both my husband and I came to the Dreams store in Feltham and were welcome by staff member Edmund. We weren't sure what kind of matress that would be best for us and he mentioned we try this sleepmatch bed and we answered the question with our names and what side of the bed we slept on. Edmund then told us what Bed matress were good for us and especially with my pain in my back I most welcome the best one. He mentioned the matress and then he allowed time for us to choose and also he recommended a pillow for my neck. We were both delighted by the service Edmund gave and also by a quick delivery for saturday. I was delighted to rate Edmund. The validation code 188 A015 791. The guy was very helpful friendly approached when entered the store , helped me pick the correct mattress I needed and for my needs , very good customer service

I was very impressed with the bed machine. What a great idea. It gives the customer some ideas as to what their needs are without having to try out every bed and leave with the wrong mattress. The staff at feltham were very friendly, knew what they were talking about, didnt rush me and worked at my pace. Abdhal who served me was very pleasant, proffessional through out even though i tested beds over and over again. I would reccomend this store for their friendly approach, knowing what they were talking about in terms of the items they were selling, they offered me drinks throughout my time at the store. Talked through the terms of my agreement and the extra cover i took out. i didnt feel rushed and felt that everything was fully explained to me. Also when doing the credit agreement, they talked it through with me every step of the way. while being at the store you felt like you were in good hands and the staff had your best interests at heart.

The customer service was brilliant especially the dreams colleagues name Abhinav. He was very helpful & could not do enough to help. All the team were very good & pleasant

Guy was very knowledgeable and friendly, he even gave us water and made us feel very comfortable as it was a very hot day and my pregnant sister was helping in the bed selection process. He helped find what matched with the selected beds, and also outlined further options available when there wasn't any.

Attentive staff who knew the products and went out of their way to make it a pleasure The staff offered me a drink His name was guy.....superb at his job
