Dreams - Feltham

I went to Dreams knowing exactly the sofa bed I wanted, having looked online already. The previous day I called for some information and spoke to a very helpful and charming young man. When I went in the store (Feltham) he was actually there and again was very courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Store Manager processed the transaction. He was equally friendly, helpful, thorough, efficient, beyond the normal sale transaction. When I next need something (probably the armchair matching my sofa), I will definitely go back to that store. Highly recommend to anyone. A very satisfied customer.

The staff at dreams shop at Feltham are very friendly and at the same time very professional. They know very well about beds other sleeping accessories. You are sure to receive professional advice from them when you need help. The treatment I always received whenever I walk in into the shop either to buy or to make an enquiry is second to none - nothing is too much for them.

Edmund was very helpful but also gave us ample time to test and think about the different beds that were recommended for us.
