I was served by Bharat to start with who could not of offered any better service. from the service on using the bed mattress selector. to offers of tea and coffee and the super helpful way he helped with selecting the right mattress. Edmund quickly processed my payment and swiftly resolved a IT issue he was having. while Edmund was doing the payment Bharat again offered tea and coffee and asked if I needed anything else or advice. All in all perfect service

I felt that my needs were met as an individual with no hard sell of a product that doesn't suit me.

The sales person allowed me to look around then came to help me. He gave suggestions of other beds, even though I had one particular bed in mind which I purchased in the end. He supported me to find the right mattress and allowed me to test out a pillow. He even allowed me time to cool off by a fan as the shop was very very hot and due to me being pregnant. The sales person did not force me to make any purchase. He also explained the cover policies to protect my purchases which I opted for. I am very pleased with my purchase and can not wait for my bed to arrive! I also got a free mattress protector!
