Dreams - Feltham

The assistant Was very helpful, knowledgable. It was so Much better going into the shop and ordering. Lovely personal touch.

We were grated as soon as we entered Dreams. We weren’t sure what we wanted but the colleagues at Dreams Feltham were helpful. Amjed in particular who assisted us through our transaction. He showed us a range of beds based on what we were looking for and suggested the sleep match to find the perfect mattress. He was extremely helpful in suggesting mattresses that fitted the results and gave us the opportunity to try them along with the pillows. Amjed stayed with us as we mattress hopped and completed the purchase while holding great conversation. I would really recommend the products in Dream but mostly the service which was second to none.

Amjed approached us immediately, we told him what we were looking for and he guided us well & we feel confident with our product choice, he was clear with his explanations, it was an easy experience.

Staff were really efficient albeit the shop was busy. Offered refreshments and constantly informed me as to how long it would be before I was served. Personal interaction whilst processing my order even though it was a small order.

The store is very large, all beds were spread out making it easy to have a proper look at each bed individually. A big selection of mattresses to test. The 2 men working on the shop floor for a Sunday afternoon was very helpful and knew what they were talking about when it came to names of beds, mattresses, and also knew exactly where to look for a specific mattress type. Polite and well mannered staff and found what I wanted.

As soon as I entered I was greeted by a member of staff, and although all staff were busy he still managed to answer my questions and point me in the right direction of the mattress I was interested in. When Guy, the next available staff member became available, he suggested I try the sleepmatch mattress, which gave a surprising result. I ended up buying a complete bed and was pleased with the whole experience. I will definitely be going back to Dreams.
