We were greeted and assisted upon arrival. Knowledgable shop assistant helped up by showing a few options that would fit our needs.

The manager spend more time to explain the types of mattresses and pillows. I bought the bed plus 3 pillows. He was able to reduce the price on the pillows. He was very patient

We really enjoyed using the sleep match machine and it massively narrowed down the relevant mattresses for us which saved time and resulted in a product we are really looking forward to receiving. The sales assistant guided us through the process and was really patient as we continually compared the options available.

Guy met us at the door, instructed me in the use of the machine as I am blind. He showed us the appropriate beds and provided us with adequate pillows for the sleeping condition I have.

The sales person, Edmond at Feltham was an absolute joy. He helped us the moment we walked in. First bed we've bought together and he made it an enjoyable experience. We'd definitely go back to Feltham Dreams.

The assistant, Guy, was extremely helpful, knowledgable and polite. He made us feel very comfortable, didn’t push a sale and generally had a very good manner.
