I was approached as soon as I walked through the door, I was left to browse at my request and later approached to see if I needed further assistance, I had a couple of questions answered to my satisfaction, this prompted me to go ahead with the purchase, all was dealt with in a professional timely manner, extremely satisfying

The sales staff were attentive, polite and friendly and immediately offered help but at the same time, gave us space to discuss and compare beds according to Our own preferences.

The assistant remembered us when we mafe our second visit. Had not rushed us through our first visit despite being close to closing time. Spent time make sure we got the right purchase. In one phrase he was the first word in excellent customer service amd a credit to your business.

The customer service and support given by one Mr Guy was marvelous.He has made the whole experience a happy one.We are happy with the method they recommend the mattresses and the choices available as well as the ease of payment.

The assistant, Edmund, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to lie on the beds and I was given plenty of time to try several and then come to a decision with no pressure.
