There is always room to improve. But the staff were helpful and not in your face. The gentleman we spoke to was very knowledgeable. We were very happy with our visit.

When entering your store both of your staff were sitting at their desks eating there lunch.

Items online not available in store. Wait for one of the two assistants to become free to place our order

There were only two sales desks at the store and 3 sales persons, so we had to wait a good 10 mins for a desk/computer to become available for our sales person (Guy) to place our order, and with a 3 yr old child, who was "bored" it was slightly annoying.

The sales advisor was quite friendly and honest. Helped in choosing the bed that met our needs.

The assistance we had was top class from your staff but only a couple of issues, nothing major. 1) We haven't been given a delivery date yet for our bed yet. 2) The temperature in the shop was ridiculously hot and felt for your staff having to work in there.
