Dreams - Feltham

Service at the Feltham branch was very good, his product knowledge was extremely usfull and we did not feel under pressure to buy.

The person at the store- I believe his name was Guy- extremely Friendly and attentive. He took time to understand and talk about what I needed in terms of a new mattress and made my mum feel really cared for when discussing potiental products for recommendation on our visit. The store was clean, very welcoming and had a lot of products on display- which was great. The order was placed and the delivery staff- 2 gentlemen- I believe was called Leeroy/ Delroy and another gentlemen- were very respectful when coming to my home to deliver- one had taken his shoes off and the other had covers on whilst entering the bedroom to put the mattress down. This was a great thing to see as the experience from the beginning to the very end was attentive. I will be coming back again for more products in the future. The mattress itself- Cloud 22- is a cloud literally, its been really easy to get used to and feels like my own already!

It was all good unfortunately there was a leak in the store which let the stores look down slightly however the area was cordoned off.

Could have used discretion and elected a blue light discount like many other retailers do

I visited the Hounslow store and it was closed, then after visited the next nearest store in Feltham and the store had less options than the website.
