The staff were very helpful and gave us full attention. They were knowledgeable about products and helped us with finding value for money products

Upon entering the store I was greeted warmly by a member of staff and shown around the store. All further staff members I came across were highly knowledgeable about all of the products available and were able to assist me very well in finding the right mattress for me. The day was also particularly hot and my mother and I were offered bottles of water for refreshment, which I felt was a lovely touch. Overall we were very satisfied with the service and the efficiency of the staff. In particular the warmth and friendly nature of one staff member of particular made this experience fantastic; his name is Anthony.

Your team on site were professional, warm, well spoken, funny as we cracked some jokes too and knew exactly about product knowledge. We were sure what we would be looking for would be quality and the tag / brand would speak for itself. I am glad i chose to visit you once more as i had bought a mattress memory foam type about two years ago for our daughter, who still enjoys the luxury of her sleep. I knew dreams was it....! Your team i must insist again,"did what they were there to do, from start to end". The transaction was smooth, straightforward and swift. In my world that called a triple S. Just simple great service

The salesman asked if I needed help and I told him why and what I was looking for. He immediately showed me all the different styles and then even suggested the best colour choice.

I am a customer 3 times now, so I know Dreams well - and this store I have used twice in the past year. Guy, the salesman dealing with me, was very good.

The staffs were very helpful and the orders were places immediately at my chosen date. The items were delivered on time too.

It was nice to be given the chance to browse on our own before being greeted by Arthur at dreams in feltham. He was friendly and listened to ours needs, answered our questions satisfactorily. We didn't feel pressured and we were able to take our time in finding something we wanted.

Arthur knew the products very well, and answered all of our questions. He was very polite and not pushy at all. The store had the mattresses and beds that we wanted to test and feel.
