Arthur your Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very good knowledge of the products. Asked our requirements and not told us. Patient whilst we tried the different mattress and advised us of the benefits of each different type. Found him very polite and friendly.

The DFS employee (Name - Guy) made himself very approachable and knowledgeable on what we were looking for. At the same time, he left us to look at our pace and only asked for further assistance if we needed it. There was no pressure on us, which isn't always the case in stores. Very good service from Guy.

The asistance of Guy was remarkable, he was very help, informative. I had been to three different places that week looking for a a bed and i was amaze how professional and helpful Guy was, he gave me options, informed me about the products and really his service made me decide that I wanted to buy at Dreams, there was another bed in another store that was actually cheaper but because the shop assistant was so pushy and not very helpful, this helped me come to a decision. I will definitly buy again in Dreams, I have already told some family and friends about my experience and recommended that they go to the store I went to. I really hope this information has helped and recognition goes to Guy as he did a very good job informing and customer service and you don't really see that much these days. Thank you

Service was very good, price was competitive (especially with Furniture Village), quality was good. Altogether ok experience.
