Dreams - Stockport

Staff member "Michelle" from Dreams Stockport was superb she aided us with picking out our new mattress and helped us come to a joint decision on our purchase, she approached us and offered to help us out despite being the only available staff member, offered us a drink and was very welcoming, she is a credit to the store.

We were assisted from arriving at dreams with members of staff going through each of the brands of bed. Leaving us to lie on beds, offering of a drink. Friendly and approachable

The store was very clean and tidy and the store assistant Lauren was absolutely fantastic, really helpful, pleasant, well mannered and not at all pushy. I was made to feel welcome and able to try out the mattresses and the assistants knowledge of the products was also fantastic. An absolutely amazing customer experience which is very rare to find these days.

Upon entering the shop I was greeted with a warm welcome from Michelle at the Stockport branch. Michelle listened to my requirements due to suffering from a slipped disc and provided me with several suitable options. Nothing was too much trouble for Michelle and this contributed to buying the mattress from Dreams. Michelle is a credit to Dreams and won’t hesitate recommending Dreams to friends and family. To add, Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable about the products Dreams offer and not once was there a hard sell.

The lady who assisted us was not pushy in to buying anything which we liked, she gave honest opinions and advice and was very patient at looking at bed/mattress sizes etc. We also got given a bottle of water while we walked round the store which is pennies but a nice gesture.

Really great sales assistant, very professional & offered great advice, wanted us to make the right decision for us.

The lady from the white city branch (Claire I think she was called) was really helpful and rang around other branches to secure us 2 single mattresses that we wanted for our children. The two ladies at the Stockport branch we had to travel to had the mattresses put to one side for us and we’re really friendly and helpful from the start to finish.

Really friendly staff, really great balance of being left alone for awhile to browse but then available for questions - didn't feel any pressure sales which is very refreshing and as such it's a nice atmosphere to shop.
