I got the mattress I was looking for at a very good price. The person serving me - Lauren - was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful.

Kas was the gentleman who helped us, he was so helpful in helping us get the bed we needed, was impressed by the bed computer we went on to help get the bed for our needs. We were shown quite a few beds to try and Kas was very knowledgeable about them all, we got the Primary cover so if the bed doesn’t suit us we can change it. Everything was explained about our purchase and the delivery. Would highly recommend Dreams to anyone.

The lady went right out of her way to get us everything we needed. Very experienced in all we asked.

Elizabeth was great, I spoke to her earlier on the phone, very helpful and Instore even better, lovely woman down to earth, not in your face, but there with information if needed. Everywhere needs an Elizabeth, sounds abit cheesy I know, but a friendly welcome without feeling like your being overpowered with to much knowledge is good, when staff members are in your face hopping around wanting a sale its a put off, so well done Elizabeth.
