Michelle was brilliant, excellent product knowledge along with brilliant advice, I haven’t bought from dreams before and have been wary of bed shops previously but she reassured me the whole way. Purchase was very easy and speedy with everything explained properly throughout. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Helpful friendly member of staff - she was patient (I even got a cup of tea!) She demonstrated the workings of a sofa bed in store. I was able to choose and then change the delivery date. Only negatives were price (a little more than I wanted to pay) and choice of only 2 colours.

The lady that dealt with us was extremely happy positive and very knowledgeable about all your products she went above and beyond what we’ve experienced in any other store she was truly a credit to your store.

My dealings with the initial salesman (Kas) was the perfect customer service experience. He was friendly and helpful and had excellent product knowledge.  Buying a bed is not a quick process and I was made to feel relaxed and unrushed for the whole duration of my time in store (which was well over an hour). I was appreciative of the toilet facilities and even more so of the cup of tea!  A really great bed experience!

The person who served us ,was very pleasant and enquired about our needs and pointed out what we may need in a bed and mattress , also in the sort of pillow that would be beneficial to a good nights sleep, he also told us about the bed test machine then showed us all the appropriate beds and mattress to chose from , excellent service all round by Kas

Staff member ( a lady) was very helpful without being intrusive. She was there to answer questions and let us decide rather than “sell” . She was also very efficient organising delivery. Also very particular about Covid precautions. Shop was in an excellent state. Well done!
