When I first come in to the store on New year's Day, I was instantly offered a beverage and help, I was able to look round the store without being followed and I was able to ask for assistance when I needed it, the lady who was in was very helpful, very knowledgeable and was able to put my order through

When I came into the Stockport store I was greeted with a smile. Michelle took the time to demonstrate the sofa bed I was interested in. She is a credit to your store and company.

Well, staff was simply very professional and very helpful. I asked if they could find out whether delivery could be before the time available online and they solve it very efficiently.

Staff were very friendly, professional and knew what they were talking about. It is nice to walk into a store and have people help you with a smile and in a pleasant and relaxed way. It was also nice to here them speak highly of the management of the company they work for. You rarely here this.

The staff member Michelle was extremely helpful and supportive of my needs. Her knowledge on the products was great and I am very happy with the bed that I have purchased. All staff were very friendly and the store was extremely safe/corona virus precautions were excellent

We were asked by an assistant if we needed help as soons as we entered and used the test machine (Not sure what the name is) re contour of bodies. We were offered a drink and the staff were very helpful with any info. Throughout our expereince I could see all staff were continually spraying/cleaning with regards to Covid situation.

We came to dreams while looking for a new mattress and the staff were very good and friendly we found the mattress and purchased it at what we thought at the time was a good price at £649.00 today the same mattress has gone to £519.00 it was the jacob d pocket spring but we still enjoyed the experience
