Highly attentive and helpful staff

The member of staff was very supportive but gave me space to look at what I wanted to look at and gave me lots of help whenI requested it

We walked into store we were approached with a warm welcome asked what we were looking for we replyed a mattress wee were ask if we would like to get on.the special bed what calculates your needs which we did and it give us what would be best for are needs after showing us a couple of mattresses we decided to purchase the right one for us

We were given pillows to use to help us relax on the beds, we were offerd drinks, everything was sanitised before use, very helpful

Michelle at the Stockport branch was so friendly and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions. She has excellent product knowledge. I felt very valued as a customer. I purchased my sofa and walked away with a huge smile on my face. Excellent service. I recommend to all I know to go to Dreams for their needs. Very happy. Thank you Michelle

The assistants were very helpful especially Michelle at Stockport, up to now everything has been first class but I’m going to hold back on ultimate praise until we have our bed and have slept on it for a while, the buying process has been wonderful though, Best wishes.

The staff at the Stockport branch of Dreams were all friendly and helpful. We were particularly helped by Kas who had lots of knowledge of the products, spent plenty of time with us and made sure we had options to consider. We didn't feel like any of the staff were pushing to make a sale, which we really appreciated. We were also left alone to try mattresses and consider what we wanted. The technology of the bed that gauges what mattress you might need was useful to narrow down the kind of mattress we were looking for as it can be very overwhelming.

The sales assistant, Kas, really made the entire experience from start to finish. My husband and I both dislike shopping but Kas was friendly, knowledgeable, we had a laugh and he made the experience the best shopping experience we've both ever had. Really great at his job and a fantastic representative for Dreams. He deserves a bonus as he really has done a great job making Dreams our bed shop of choice from now on!

Michelle looked after us really well, explaining the Sleep Machine and then what mattress options were available to try. We were offered refreshments during our visit too.
