Dreams - Stockport

1st visit to a Dreams store , very impressed with the service & knowledge of the lady who served us. Enough to be helpful but without being pushy or feeling pressurised. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

As soon as i entered the store (Stockport) with my family we were met by very friendly and helpful staff, especially Michelle. I couldnt of asked for a better service and made our experience of choosing a new bed and mattress fun, especially for my son. He was given a pillow so he could try out mattress's which i thought was a lovely touch. Michelle explained about the different mattress's which was very helpful. We will be visiting again in a few weeks to purchase another bed and mattress. You have an amazing team at your Stockport branch! Thank you :)

The staff went the extra mile to accommodate us and our questions.

We were greeted straightaway and then left to our own devices as we said we wanted to look around first. Further assistance was given when requested. Hygiene was well covered (we had our own pillows and covers, there was a protective screen in use at gth desk and beds were sprayed. This is the second time at least we have used the store

A member of staff whose name was Michelle helped us with our order she was very polite and professional nothing was to much trouble . The store was very clean and Michelle sanatised the card machine . I would highly recommend dreams to my friends & family .

When I entered the store I was greeted by a really nice young lady who asked if there was anything I needed help with. When I told the lady about my budget and what I was looking for she was very helpful and suggested I tried your test bed to help me find the correct bed for my body-type/sleeping style. She then disinfected the bed and explained everything to me whilst the machine set up. Once I had completed the sequence she escorted me to the best beds to suit me and left me alone to try them out. Finally when I had selected my bed I was taken to the tills and everything was completed quickly & efficiently. I wish I got her name so she could be commended but she was a delight and had a lot of product knowledge.

We have been putting off purchasing a new bed for a long time as thought it was going to be stressful. Michelle at the stockport store was absolutely brilliant. Knowledgable, friendly and put us at ease. She wasn’t pushy in any way and was very helpful. We ended up buying a frame, mattress and spent £300 on pillows 👍
