Excellent service by very knowledgable staff member Rav.

The sales colleague was very helpful with her advice and gave us the time we needed to make our decision. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point during our visit. The whole team were very friendly and engaged with us even though we weren't dealing with them directly. Excellent service overall, I would recommend the store to my friends and family.

We was in your store 2 hours, we couldn't of been looked after better if she has tried. Nothing was a problem at all. The lady that looked after us was called Bev. She was swapping mattresses over onto different beds so we could get the best that was right for us! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My husband needs a mechanical bed because of medical reasons as he cannot lay down in bed. We had purchased a Superking one from a local dealer. The bed was to be put together on arrival. What the company failed to tell us was that the two 3 feet bed bases were delivered complete and would not go up our stairs. We got our money back and was told that no company made the beds where they broke down any more to access stairways that were tight. I browsed the internet and telephoned a couple of bed companies but to no avail. With reluctance we gave up on the idea, but decided to purchase a new bed anyway. We visited Dreams at Mansfield. We were asked if we needed any help. Clare and her staff were so approachable that we told them of our predicament. Clare immediately told us that she was sure there was one company they use that do what they call 'Knock Down Beds' meaning the base breaks down into 4. At 1 minute to 5pm she called the company and secured us a bed. We were so pleased and relieved. We could not have asked for a better service. Thank you
