Store was basically empty due to moving to another unit so expected to order what I needed but we we went into the shop, told the guy what we wanted and the only mattress left in the shop was the one I wanted! Better than that it was half price. The guy couldn’t have been more helpful.

The two ladies in the store were very kind and friendly and gave us every assistance in picking what we required. A credit to your employment.

Incredible experience on all three visits when considering ans finally purchasing our new bed. Staff very attentative and knowledgeable and went out of their way to bring the right pillows etc. Loved the mattress testing machine - brilliant (we massively needed advice due to hollowing out mattresses and suffering from back and neck ache). Dreams aren't the cheapest so we hung out for a sale period so we could get it at a more affordable time - we would rather do this than buy a cheaper bed from a competitor. Frances made us feel we had made the right choice and the additional sales items purchased were a bonus and easy sell, rather than feeling like it was being forced on you to increase profits. I work in marketing so see the tricks of the trade but Frances didn't come across salesy at all which meant we were happy to buy extras (especially as they were discounted).

The store was in the process of relocating stock to a new store so stock on display was limited. Frances however was very helpful. She showed us to the only super king size mattress in the store, talked us through the properties of the item and pillow options to complement the mattress range. She offered us tea or coffee, and even got a plaster for my husbands hand as he’d scratched it in the car and was bleeding! The mattress was perfect and bought it there and then. We took up the 20 month finance deal and are very much looking forward to it arriving next week. We are in great need of a good nights sleep. We are looking to get our 8 year old son a new bed next year and will be sure to return!
