Rav and colleagues were very friendly and welcoming, but allowed us space to chat to each other when deciding what to purchase. As a result of this approach, we actually bought twice as much as we originally intended. The quality of the bed frame was head and shoulders above those we lookd at from competitors. Friendliness and knowledge + quality = happiness. Well done Rav and colleagues, we will not buy from anyone else in the future, and will recommend to friends and family. 10/10

Lying on a bed for the purpose of trying out a new mattress & in a huge store seemed very intimidating, but Rav at your Mansfield store put me at ease plus he was very patient! He was also very informative about the mattress ranges which helped me immensely. Then this morning Jag & Jason were fantastic as they performed a risk assessment before removing to then bringing in my new mattress up a flight of stairs. They also provided me with information about caring for the mattress along with reminding me about the 30 day sleep comfort promise, which obviously begins today. You have a great team at Mansfield

Great customer service by knowledgeable staff who picked out the perfect mattress for us while also making sure it was a good deal. Extremely friendly and helpful on both of our visits to buy our new bed and mattress. Dreams was the first place we looked and we didn't bother looking anywhere else as, after our first visit, we knew we wanted to give them our custom. Extremely satisfied and we have already recommended dreams to others only a day after ordering our bed!

We set out to visit three shops in our locality. The first one was dreams, what we found was enough, We had a good look round accompined by The store salesman who was very good in his explanations we then made our minds up and made the purchase.excellent service.

My visit to dreams today was a real pleasure. Such a lovely clean and well displayed store with such helpful staff without being pushy or following you around which in my opinion is off putting when you want to look at items with ease without feeling pressured.I have already recommended dreams to my sister.
