The sales assistant - Myra (I think) was exceptionally friendly, as was her colleague who joked and contributed at just the right times. The understanding of the products and their merits was a real bonus

Excellent service from Laura at your Mansfield store. Knowledgable, not pushy and it was great to be able to try out the different mattresses on different bases - nothing was too much trouble for her. We went away to have a think about our options and Laura encouraged this. We visited another well known bed store within the vacinity and the service did not compare; very over the top and full of sales pitch - very off putting. Well done Dreams, I do hope that Laura's manager is alerted to her excellent service and that it is noted in her personnel file.

Bev was extremely friendly and very helpful I didn't feel rushed at all.

I was waiting out side your store for it to open. Then a Gentleman, opened the door, it was earlier that expected, he then asked if I would like to come in. This was great early start as I had a lot to do. He asked me what I wanted and if he could help. I wanted two double beds, head boards. I was very specific, with my requirements, as I have had back surgery, and so had the Gentleman who helped me, so he was able to understand exactly what I needed and why. He asked me if I wanted a warm drink, which was nice. He then helped me within the store, pointing out, and showing me the types of bed and mattresses, which may suite. I tries the various beds for comfort etc. He could see that some thing was not right. He then suggested I tried a good pillow, similar to a pillow which I use at home, as he said, quite rightly, that the pillow is important too, to help get comfortable, and that right feeling, he is very right. Very good attitude, very helpful, nice Chap, very good service, excellent even, Thanks.

Customer service from the Staff member at Mansfield was Chris, second to none. Very ice to talk to, easy to talk to, he listening to my needs and requirements, then advised me accordingly. I then purchased two beds, mattresses, head boards, and some pillows. He was friendly, and nothing was too small. He had a very good attitude, polite. never got impatient or never rushed me, in me making a decision, I did lay on a few beds, there were some issues reference the mattresses, he listened, as I also have a medical problem with my back, he again advised, and I found what I was looking for, and a pillow, which was just right for me, thanks.

The service was spot on. A friendly face to greet you and the advise was genuine and wasn't pushy at all.
