Dreams - Mansfield

Staff were welcoming but allowed us time to browse on our own as well. They were not pushy but were happy to answer any questions we had and clearly had a very in depth knowledge of the products.

Excellent customer service, listened to and responded to our needs, the store was welcoming, large range of products and range of prices available. What we really liked was that there was no pushy sales pitch, we were given opportunity on our own to discuss. In all honesty our expectations when going into the store were that it would be overpriced but we were pleasantly surprised.

It was very easy to purchase. was in and out within 20 minutes and got exactly what I was looking for

Hollies was very kind polite and knowledgeable.

Dreams shop in Mansfield the staff were very helpful friendly and Hollie went over and beyound to make sure we had the right bed ,trying all different pillows too.

We got great service from Chris at the Mansfield store. He answered all the questions we had about the product, was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The order was quick and efficient and the other store members we spoke to were equally as friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Dreams and in particular the Mansfield store, having received such good service. I cannot comment on the product yet as we are still waiting for it to delivered, but I am confident it will be as good as the service we got.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store by assistant Chris but he was not pushy and waited until we asked him for assistance, which I liked as if he had pestered I would have left. We were made coffee, used the sleep machine which was very good, asked our price range and was not pushed into looking at the most expensive, given great advice and explained everything to us without again being pushy, which would have put me off.

availability of staff when needed after I had proceeded to find the items I was interested in, the follow up re the purchase was excellent, very satisfied with.
