Very friendly staff good knowledge of products confident but not pushy good quality products

We were welcomed by the staff who came across as very friendly and offered whatever A’s stance we wanted. We asked to look around and said if we wanted help we would ask which we did. Our team member was Frances who could not do enough for us. We were shown all available beds and mattresses via the evaluates of what suited us. Nothing was too difficult.

Frances the lady who dealt with us was extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of what we wanted. There was no rushing involved and we would give her 10/10.

We visited your sort to look aorund and ended up buying a bed. We spoke to Tina in the store and she was really nice and knew her stuff. It was partly because of Tina's great service that we placed an order

When we visited dreams in Mansfield, we was very welcome by the staff. Asking us if any of us wanted drinks and everything.. the staff really made sure we got the right bed for us aswell before we left. Really happy with everything

I am a new mum awaiting major surgery to remove bone cancer from my pelvis. I am currently breastfeeding and my daughter needed feeding the minute I walked into store. The staff members made me feel very welcome and encouraged me to take a seat on the settees in the store and offered to make me a cup of tea whilst I fed her. They took time to find out my needs and were understanding of my urgency to order a more supportive bed. I have never met friendlier staff members. I had visited four different stores the same day with three of those not being disability friendly and the other having very pushy staff that followed me around the store. This experience in Dreams was so much better. Infact I wished I hadn't wasted a full day visiting elsewhere.
