Someone saw us and offered assistance straightaway even though he was on his way to have his tea break. Although the item was not available to see in the store there was something similar and he explained the differences and the mechanism of the clic clac system. He showed us the different colours of fabrics available and most of all he made us feel at ease and was very friendly. The ordering process was very quick and he explained everything he was doing, about the order, the guarantee and the delivery.

Staff ready and very willing to help as soon as I arrived in the store and indicated that I didn't know where to find what I was looking for. The assistant was very cheerful and spent all the time I needed to explain about the item I required.

The staff were friendly and courteous at all times. Nothing seemed to be too much of a problem. On this visit, and our first visit on Boxing Day, we never felt pressured to buy in any way. All staff had a smile on their faces and seemed genuinely pleased to offer their help no matter how trivial the question. Stahh had excellent product knowledge and when they didn't know an answer immediately a manager was on hand to fill any gaps.
